Legacy Memory Box (Adolescent & Young Adult)

Co-designed with the Queensland Youth Cancer Service (QYCS) and the QYCS Youth Advisory Group at Queensland Children’s Hospital, our Legacy Memory Box supports adolescents and young adults facing a terminal diagnosis to create a personal, lasting legacy. It helps maintain agency, dignity and connection by guiding gentle conversations, capturing messages, and preserving keepsakes for loved ones.
