These Terms govern your use of the Precious Wings online shop and the purchase of products from it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

This store is operated by Precious Wings (ABN 44 624 068 588), a Queensland charity. Our contact email is info@preciouswings.org.

2. Products, pricing and availability

Prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm acceptance by email when we dispatch your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If we can’t fulfil an order, we’ll cancel and refund you promptly.

4. Shipping, risk & title

Shipping methods, costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address provided. Title passes once payment is received in full.

5. Returns & refunds

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for how we handle damaged or faulty items. We don’t offer change-of-mind returns due to the personal nature of our products. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

6. Gift messages

You may add a personal message at checkout. You’re responsible for ensuring messages are appropriate, lawful and non-offensive. We may decline messages that don’t meet these standards.

7. Use of the Site

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on the site (including text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Precious Wings and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

8. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to that handling.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and limit our liability to the replacement of goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
