Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide.

Rates & timeframes

• Standard Delivery (Australia Post): $10 flat rate
  Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order has been sent.

Dispatch & packaging
Orders are packed with care from our Queensland HQ. If you’re buying a gift, you can add special instructions or a gift message at checkout.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully. If an address is entered incorrectly and a parcel is returned to us, we can resend it once any re-shipping costs are paid.

Delays & missing parcels
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. Weather or network delays can occur. If your parcel seems delayed or missing, contact Australia Post with your tracking number, then email us at info@preciouswings.org so we can help.

Damage in transit
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can replace or refund.
