Return & Refund Policy

We hope your order brings comfort. Because our products are personal and often purchased as part of remembrance, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please email info@preciouswings.org within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method. We may ask you to return the item or dispose of it safely.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a problem is major, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
